When we first start our business we oftentimes have more time than we have money. Starting a business takes a lot of both. However, there are a few things that we can do when we do not have enough clients. We need to use our time to build the foundation of the business. For example, free tasks would include networking, creating forms, getting on insurance panels, and automation of tasks. However, once your business starts filling your time with clients, we start to switch tasks and we may need additional help. For example, you may need a scheduler or someone to post of social media. The hard part is finding balance in building your business with time vs. money.
