As therapists we are often put off our own self- care. We are busy with clients, family, friends and by the time it is our turn we ae out of hours of the day. In this short video I remind you to that we count also. The sound is less than Steller (so sorry) however, the information is still valuable. When was the last time you had fun, took time out for you or took time to just think and ponder? Let’s start small and take 15 mins just for us. Then as you find the time go to 20 and then 30. Therapists have stressful jobs and need that downtime. We are better therapists, better spouses, and better parents.
